Criticising is always easy. The opposition party in the United Kingdom is saying the Labour party has left Britain with a ”broken society, broken politics and broken economy.” All very true but Labour said more or less the same thing about the Conservative before they won the election in 1997.
How to mend broken Britain is much tougher. Debt is now at 800 billion pounds, annual interest on this loan is 40 billions which is equal to almost half of Vietnam’s GDP and more than total government spending of about 700 billion pounds.
Among the list of the best country to live the UK is now not in the top 20 I believe. People are crying about putting the ‘great’ back into Great Britain. Easy said than done. It will be a few painfull years ahead.
